Warzone gets another update with Season 2 Reloaded, which brings new weapons, quality of life updates, and another Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collab.

Season 2 has been lighter on content than usual, so the devs can prioritize fixing issues with the battle royale, such as bugs, quality of life, and anti-cheat. This continues into the mid-season update, but there’s still some new content to enjoy.

Here’s everything we know about Warzone Season 2 Reloaded, including all of the new content.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are coming to Warzone and Black Ops 6 as part of a new crossover. Leonardo, Donatello, Michaelangelo, and Raphael all have their own Tracer Pack bundles, and Splinter is available as a new operator in the TMNT Event Pass.

Low Profile Perk

The Low Profile Perk arrives with Season 2 Reloaded, and it’ll be perfect for stealthy players. With it equipped, you’ll move “more quickly while crouched and prone.” You’ll also crawl slightly faster when downed, making getting into cover or moving toward teammates for a revive much easier.

New weapons

Belt-Fed attachment

The Belt-Fed attachment is a new magazine attachment available on the PU-21, XMG, GPMG-7, and Feng 82. Players can unlock the attachment in the TMNT event-free track.

It provides a large helping of extra ammo continuously fed to the weapon through sustained fire. LMGs with this attachment can overheat, so players must let go of the trigger and wait until it cools down.

General adjustments

As part of our ongoing efforts to refine gameplay, we’ve been addressing long-standing “cheese” mechanics to create a more balanced experience for all players. One exploit we’ve observed, particularly in Resurgence, involves a small percentage of players repeatedly using a Loadout Drop after death to duplicate their weapons.

- Since players already drop their weapons upon death and we’ve improved skull iconography to help them locate their previous death locations, we recognize that newer systems – such as the Weapon Trade Station – can be exploited through this method to generate excessive rewards. To maintain fair play and rebalance the in-game economy, we believe now is the right time to address this exploit.
